Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How long it takes
Your order is sent to you straight from our supplier overseas, so it takes longer than a high-street order. These are the real timings:

If you need your order by a certain date, please check these times before you order. Not sure it will arrive in time? Email us first and we'll give you an honest answer.
If you order more than one item, they may come in separate parcels on different days. You only pay delivery once.
What delivery costs
- Orders under £40: £3.95, tracked.
- Orders of £40 or more: free, tracked.
You'll see the delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number once your order has been sent. It can take a few days for tracking to start updating.
Import charges
You should not have to pay anything when your parcel arrives. If a courier asks you to pay a charge, please email us before you pay it.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of the times above, email information@shopadoriauk.com with your order number. We'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
